Back in December of 2017 we have introduced our Leave Management application for Bitrix24. This app allows you to manage staff leave requests flexibly and efficiently. All leave related activities can be performed via Bitrix24: request, review, approve, view history, report, etc. You can also export this report into Excel.

Due to popular request from our client, who has been using our Leave Management version 1.0.1 and finds it lacking some features such as special leave type for a particular group of staff, no balance check, seniority compensation, balance initialize, etc.

• Basic Configuration for Time Unit, Step, Reset date and Report System

Where you can manage staff leave balance effectively, just set the beginning balance and starting date of staff, which will then be used to calculate Seniority

• Compensation Policy and Schema

The system will automatically check for individual employee anniversaries to define seniority compensation schema and make adjustments to employee balance.

• Subscription tab for you to quickly extend license if needed
